Abstract

Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship education for law majors has become the key path to cultivate compound legal talents. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education for law majors in China, and combining the practical cases of law colleges at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some measures, such as perfecting the integration mechanism of production and education, optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the empowerment of science and technology, and constructing a multi- evaluation system, in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education model for law majors.
