Abstract

Under the dual background of the digital new silk road strategy promoting intangible cultural heritage “going out” and global cultural consumption upgrading, Guangfu Golden Embroidery has built a product matrix of “ high-end art + cultural and creative derivative products + clothing accessories ” with its innovative advantages in copper aluminium alloy silk material and unique techniques. It also has the foundation of AI intelligent customization platform and has differentiated advantages in the field of cross-border e-commerce exports. However, there are some core pain points in cross-border practice, such as lack of cultural adaptation, shortage of cross-border supply chain, weak brand digital communication, and lack of technical empowerment. Based on the policy dividends, cross-border channels, and technology advantages, the research proposes a four-dimensional solution of “cultural empowerment-supply chain optimization-brand communication-technology deepening.” Through the research, the aim is to provide practical reference for Guangfu Jinxiu to break through the export bottleneck and the internationalization of similar intangible cultural heritage products.
