The deepening evolution of the sharing economy is driving the ride-hailing industry to shift from scale expansion toward quality enhancement, with verticalized and scenario-based niche service models gradually becoming a pivotal direction for industry innovation. Against the backdrop of increasingly pronounced service homogenization on general-purpose mobility platforms, dedicated service models that focus on the safety needs of specific user groups have emerged. Taking female-exclusive ride-hailing services as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the market logic, product design framework, competitive strategies, and risk prevention and control systems of such platforms. The findings reveal that female-exclusive ride services can construct differentiation barriers in a fiercely homogenized mobility market through gender-based access mechanisms, the deep integration of safety functions, and emotional experience design. Nevertheless, these platforms still face significant challenges in driver supply, user trust building, and regulatory compliance. The paper argues that the key to the success of verticalized mobility platforms lies in identifying the genuine pain points of niche markets, achieving a dynamic balance among safety, efficiency, and user experience, and validating the sustainability of the business model through incremental regional expansion. Their development practices can offer theoretical references for the diversified evolution of the shared mobility industry.
