摘要: 在“一带一路”倡议深入推进和数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下，人工智能人才培养已成为区域竞争的焦点。广西凭借独特的区位优势、政策优势和人文优势，在推动与东盟的人工智能产教融合合作中具有不可替代的战略地位。本文在梳理国际合作理论、产教融合理论的基础上，系统分析了广西-东盟人工智能产教融合合作的现实基础、实践探索及存在问题，发现当前合作面临顶层设计缺位、协调机制不畅、标准对接困难等结构性挑战。针对上述问题，本文提出构建“政府引导、院校主体、企业参与、项目驱动”的四位一体合作机制框架，设计了资源共享、标准互认、产业协同三大核心运行机制，并从加强顶层设计、搭建合作平台、创新合作模式等维度提出优化路径与政策建议。
