A Deep Study on the Innovation of Socialist Rule of Law and the Integration of Ideological and Political Education in Universities -- Extending from the Community of Practical Education and Legal Teaching

Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is a major theoretical achievement of socialist rule of law thought, the latest achievement of combining Marxist rule of law theory with China’s reality, a scientific summary of the rich practice and valuable experience of the party’s leadership in the construction of rule of law, and a fundamental follow-up to lead the construction of rule of law in China to achieve greater development in the new era. The legal teaching community should closely combine the study of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law with Xi Jinping Education Theory, study the innovative and strategic points of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law, analyze new concepts, explore new ideas, and derive regularity understanding from them, so as to better serve the education work. The rule of law in the campus has undergone the transformation and upgrading from static “legal system” to dynamic “rule of law”, and rule of law education has been increasingly put into the framework of governance, and the cornerstone of “Chinese governance” has become more and more solid. Transform the “law” on paper and the “law” in cases into students’ legal awareness of true faith, implement Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law in detail, and let students feel the leniency and strictness of justice with an immersive experience, and the legal community has anunshirkable responsibility. It is hoped that the legal community of universities and society will be integrated into a “legal teaching community that educates people in practice”, not only to make breakthroughs in theory, but also to make examples in practice.
