The quantitative Population consisted of 81 full-time teachers selected through total population sampling, while the qualitative sample consisted of 7 experts selected. The research instruments included a structured questionnaire. The quantitative data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, whereas the qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed that 1) the overall teaching skills of teachers in the Faculty of Business Administration at Baise University were at a high level. Teaching design skills achieved the highest mean score, followed by teaching implementation skills and teaching evaluation skills, while teaching reflection and improvement skills and AI integration skills required further enhancement. The focus group discussion confirmed that teachers possessed strong professional knowledge and instructional competence but needed to strengthen technology integration, reflective practice, collaborative learning, and continuous professional development. 2) the strategies for enhancing teaching skills of teacher consisted of focus group discussion, and SWOT analysis, four strategies were developed: (i) strengthening professional development, (ii) promoting technology-enhanced teaching, (iii) enhancing teaching reflection and collaborative learning, and (iv) strengthening institutional support for sustainable teaching development.
