Taking the three local laws and regulations promulgated by Hengqin New District of Zhuhai, Huangpu District of Guangzhou City, and Nansha District of Guangzhou City as examples, this paper compares and analyzes, based on the legislative background of mutual recognition of construction industry qualifications in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper interpretes the main characteristics of the legislative cohesion of Hong Kong and Macao construction enterprises, and analyze its policy development path and social significance.
