澳門與內地競爭法律比較研究

Abstract

Due to the single economic structure of Macao, its development is relatively limited. In order to develop better, Macao needs to be integrated into the Greater Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, so the implementation of the competition policy is crucial. Firstly, this paper will give an overview of the competition laws of the two places, and make an in-depth comparison mainly based on the current situation and legislative background. Then, it will compare the unfair competition and anti- monopoly behaviors of the two places to find out the differences.Finally,it will make a comparative analysis of the settings, duties and law enforcement efficiency of the law enforcement agencies in the two places. Through the comparative study of the competition laws of the two places, find out the places that can be used for reference and put forward my own thoughts on improving the competition law system of Macao.
