Research on Risk Prevention and Control and Path Construction of Criminal Compliance of Shenzhen Technology Enterprises under the Background of Big Data

Abstract

In the context of big data, my country requires the implementation of new development concepts and the promotion of high-quality development. Based on this, Shenzhen will promote the first trial of corporate compliance construction. People’s announcements reflect Shenzhen’s emphasis on corporate criminal compliance. To further understand the development of criminal compliance in Shenzhen technology-based enterprises, improve corporate rules and regulations and governance structures, and ensure the normal operation of market activities, this article discusses the basic connotation and functions of corporate criminal compliance. It also studies the existing problems in the compliance of Shenzhen technology-based enterprises using Huawei as an example. At the same time, based on the current status of criminal compliance in Shenzhen science and technology enterprises, a specific path of risk prevention and control is established, and the implications for future development are summarized, along with suggestions put forward. This aims to provide insights into the criminal compliance of scientific and technological enterprises in my country. Such insights hold great positive significance for Shenzhen technology-based enterprises in the wave of economic globalization and in the context of big data.
