Since the implementation of the “Foreign-Related Legal Talents Training Programme”, there have been many discussions on how to cultivate the legal talents with foreign legal skills. Scholars may explore innovation strategies from a macro perspective, or study feasible models and specific methods at the micro level. This paper attempts to summarize the training modes of legal talents with foreign legal skills in classic law schools in the early stage, discussing the urgent problems to be solved, and arguing that although innovation is important in terms of the cultivation of outstanding foreign-related legal talents, it may be more feasible to explore and learn from the experience and lessons gained from the traditional training modes of foreign-related legal talents , and on the basis of which, the innovation of fully inductive and reasonable deduction may be more feasible.
