Engineering education accreditation reconnects course design with graduation requirements, course objectives and evidence-based feedback. Taking electronic information courses as its object, and drawing on the 2023XNJYS03 virtual teaching and research office at Nanning University, this paper examines problems such as scattered ideological elements, weak course-cluster articulation, insufficient transformation of engineering cases and limited assessment evidence. It proposes a connected framework of objectives, content, implementation and evaluation, and discusses collective lesson preparation, case repository development, school-enterprise case design, syllabus revision and course-cluster feedback. During project construction, the teaching and research office organized five thematic teaching-research activities, developed ten online courses and one textbook, and promoted ideological and political demonstration courses, first-class undergraduate courses and school-enterprise co-developed courses. The study suggests that accreditation logic can move ideological and political education from occasional classroom insertion to course-cluster design, while the virtual teaching and research office offers a practical organizational basis for shared lesson preparation, resource accumulation and evidence-informed improvement.
