A Study on Practical Paths for Integrating Digital Financial Literacy Cultivation into the Talent-Cultivation System of Higher-Vocational Tourism Majors

Against the backdrop of the Digital China Strategy and the construction of new business disciplines, new business forms such as livestreaming tourism, online operation and digital consumption keep reshaping the competency structure of culturaltourism posts. Traditional talent cultivation in highervocational tourism majors has long emphasized service skills including tour guiding, guest room and catering services, while paying insufficient attention to the development of digital financial competency. This paper first defines the industryoriented connotation of digital financial literacy for highervocational tourism students. It then analyzes the practical dilemmas in talent cultivation, constructs a practical education scenario for digital finance literacy integrating posts, courses and competitions, and finally puts forward operable practical paths from curriculum, schoolenterprise cooperation and practical training dimensions, so as to provide references for the reform of the talentcultivation system of highervocational tourism majors.
