Copyright Agreement
1. Originality and Rights Statement
Originality Guarantee
The author must declare that the paper is an original work, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, and has not been published in other journals or platforms (including repeated submissions or partial content duplication). If there is academic misconduct (such as plagiarism), the author must bear full responsibility, and the journal has the right to reject the paper and take measures such as notification and criticism.
Copyright Transfer
Once the paper is accepted, the author must transfer the copyright (including the right of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, etc.) to the journal, allowing the journal to be disseminated globally in the form of print, electronic, and online versions. Some journals require all authors to sign a copyright agreement, or the corresponding author to sign on behalf of all authors.
Right of Authorship
The author retains the right of authorship, but the name of the journal, volume, issue, and page number of the first publication must be indicated when using the paper in the future.
2. Terms of Use and Modification
Right of Modification of Journals
The editorial department of the journal has the right to modify the text or format of the paper to meet the publishing standards. The author may also be required to supplement the data or experimental content when making the modification.
Open Access Agreement
The journal is an open access journal, and the papers will adopt the Creative Commons license agreement, which allows non-commercial use, but prohibits derivative creation.
III. Rights and obligations of authors
Subsequent use rights of authors
Authors can still use published papers in the following scenarios: patent application, academic report, non-commercial academic exchange, etc.
Confidentiality and disclosure obligations
During the submission period, authors must keep the content of the paper confidential; after publication, they must cooperate with the journal's publicity and promotion activities (such as providing personal information or pictures).
Disclosure of conflicts of interest
Some journals require authors to submit a conflict of interest statement, disclose the source of research funding and the relationship with commercial organizations, to ensure the objectivity of the research.
