Publication Guidelines

1. For individual submissions, the editor will conduct an initial assessment of each manuscript. If the topic fits the journal, the manuscript will be assigned to the editor-in-chief or a member of the editorial board, who will organize and supervise the review. After the review is completed, the editor-in-chief will recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. The final decision is made by the editor-in-chief.
2. During the submission process, authors can recommend up to three potential peer reviewers. This journal does not guarantee that these suggestions will be adopted.
3. We use double-blind peer review, which means that the author's name and affiliation will not be disclosed to the reviewer. The name and affiliation of the reviewer will also not be disclosed to the author. We always seek at least three independent reviewers. In the event of major disagreements, the managing editor or guest editor will consult the editor-in-chief to make the final editorial decision.
4. Editorial team/committee members can submit their own papers to this journal. If the author is affiliated with the journal, all editorial tasks for the paper will be cancelled, and another member of the team will be responsible for supervising peer review. Conflicts of interest must also be declared in the submitted paper and any resulting publications.
5. We try to complete the review as quickly and efficiently as possible, but this depends on the reviewer workload, which is usually higher than the average. The process may be delayed.
