Publishing Fees

《教育新视野New Horizon of Education》是一本在线开放获取期刊。NHE上发表的所有文章都是开放获取的，发表后可立即在线免费获取。该费用涵盖了我们提供的一系列出版服务。这些服务包括为编辑和作者提供在线工具、文章制作、托管、索引和客户服务。文章在编辑接受后和发表前支付，由您或您的资助者、机构或雇主承担。论文稿费180美元或1300元人民币（每篇文章）。

New Horizon of Education is an online open access journal. All articles published in NHE are open access and available online immediately upon publication. The fee covers a range of publishing services we provide. These services include online tools for editors and authors, article production, hosting, indexing and customer service. Articles are paid after acceptance by the editor and before publication, and are borne by you or your funder, institution or employer.
Paper fee is US$180 or RMB 1,300 (per article).
