Abstract

Contemporary adolescents face structural contradictions in digital life, including high cognitive levels but insufficient psychological resilience, strong information acquisition abilities but weak real-life connections, and adaptability to fast-paced living but difficulty persisting in long-term commitments. Study practice education can serve as a “social supply station” for these shortcomings. Based on the unique resources of Heilongjiang Province—extreme cold climate, black soil agriculture, industrial heritage, border landscapes, and ethnic minority cultures—this study applies experiential learning theory and psychological resilience research findings to construct a localized study course design framework centered on “four beams and eight pillars.” A three-dimensional evaluation scale and corresponding data analysis methods are also developed. Through pre- and post-test data comparison and behavioral event coding analysis of 178 junior high school students in the “Embrace Rejection” course, the effectiveness of this framework in enhancing students’ frustration tolerance was verified. The results indicate that this course framework can help promote the transformation of study practice education from experience-driven activities toward scientific curriculum systems.
