Abstract: With the advancement of educational opening-up in the new era, the demand for cultivating globally oriented international talents in university Marxist Theory disciplines has become increasingly prominent. Drawing on its disciplinary and geographical advantages, the School of Marxism at Nanning Normal University has developed the “One Main Line, Two Integrations, and Three Learning Approaches” Vietnam-based study and research model. The model has demonstrated significant effectiveness in cultivating international talents in university Marxist Theory disciplines, while further improvements are needed in terms of cultivation objectives, coordination mechanisms, support systems, and evaluation systems. Overall, the model provides practical insights for cultivating globally oriented talents in university Marxist Theory disciplines in the new era.
