Abstract

Psychological resilience is the core psychological quality for primary and secondary school students to cope with setbacks, adapt to environments and grow up healthily, and it also serves as an important foothold for study tour education to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Characterized by real situational experience, task-driven activities, team cooperation and challenging experiences, study tour practice is highly consistent with the internal logic of cultivating psychological resilience. Based on the educational essence of study tour education, this paper clarifies the internal correlation between study tour practice and the cultivation of psychological resilience, constructs a four-dimensional education strategy of "situational immersion, task challenges, collaborative empowerment and reflective internalization". Combined with practical cases such as border study tours and ecological study tours in Heilongjiang Province, it explores effective approaches to improve primary and secondary school students' psychological resilience, providing theoretical references and practical models for study tour education to deepen educational value and promote students' all-round physical and mental development.
