Red research study serves as a core carrier to implement the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talents, inherit revolutionary culture, and cultivate primary school students’ feelings of family and country. At present, primary school red research study faces prominent problems such as disciplinary fragmentation, monotonous forms, separation from local resources, and poor alignment with students’ academic stages. Based on the educational concept of disciplinary integration, this paper takes the red research study of the second academic stage in primary schools as the research object, relies on the local characteristic resource of Harbin Music Museum, and takes the research course Appreciating the Charm of Music and Interpreting Red Classics as a practical case. It systematically elaborates the curriculum design logic, implementation path and education strategies of local-featured red research courses in primary schools, demonstrates the implementation effect of the curriculum through empirical teaching cases, and explores a replicable and promotable interdisciplinary practice model for primary school red research education, so as to boost the quality and efficiency of red education in primary schools.
