Research-based practical education is undergoing a transformation from extracurricular activities to deep integration of curriculum design and industrial practice. This paper examines four enterprises—Toyota (Japan), COFCO Coca-Cola, By-health, and Heilongjiang Yuqiang Biotechnology—to identify common patterns in their educational practices. The study reveals that industry provides authentic technological contexts and cultural narratives for education, while education cultivates sustainable brand influence and social trust for industry. All four cases demonstrate a dual empowerment mechanism characterized by iterative curriculum-industry upgrading and co-growth between talent cultivation and brand building. These enterprises embed public welfare into educational scenarios, achieving a long-term paradigm where commercial development and social benefit coexist. Using the Cold-region Specialty Berry Research Curriculum as an empirical case, this paper further demonstrates how local specialty industries can achieve the transition from product branding to cultural branding through tiered curriculum design and hard-tech transformation, offering a replicable model for the standardization and localization of research-based education.
