In response to the practical dilemma of science education that “emphasizes knowledge transmission while neglecting hands-on experience,” this paper takes the eighth-grade study tour at Qiqihar Science Museum as a case study. Based on the task chain framework of the "Learning by Doing" Leading Action Guide, it systematically elaborates the educational mechanism and practical pathways of science museum study tours in stimulating scientific interest, promoting interdisciplinary integration, and achieving the unity of knowledge and action. The research shows that by creating immersive scientific scenes, designing open-ended inquiry tasks, and granting students sufficient space for autonomous exploration, science museum study tours can effectively break through classroom boundaries, transform "spectator-style visits" into “participatory inquiry,” and promote the authentic growth of students’ scientific literacy. This paper provides an operable practical reference for compulsory education schools to implement the "Learning by Doing" concept by leveraging science museum resources.
